CONTINUED USAGE OF THE BRAKE SHOE ASSEMBLY WITH A BROKEN WELD INDUCES A LESSENING OF BRAKE EFFECT AND COULD RESULT IN COMPLETE LOSS OF BRAKING ON THE SIDE OF THE AXLE WHERE THE FAILURE OCCURRED.
