Summary: THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 118, "POWER-OPERATED WINDOW SYSTEMS". THE POWER-OPERATED WINDOW SYSTEM WAS EQUIPPED IN ERROR WITH A RELAY WHICH MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO OPERATE THE WINDOWS WHEN THE IGNITION KEY IS SWITCHED OFF, OR REMOVED.
