administration is authorized to order the AUTOCAR manufacturers to
recall and repair vehicles or parts of motor vehicle equipment when its investigation
indicates that they contain serious safety defects in their design, structure, body,
or performance.

IN THE AFFECTED VEHICLES, THE PARK BRAKES DO NOT APPLY AUTOMATICALLY AT 70-PSI; INSTEAD, THEY APPLY AT 10-PSI.
