Vehicle: 2009 Nissan Xterra S 4.0 V6 GAS
- Remove air dam using power tool.
- Remove engine undercover using power tool.
- Drain engine coolant from radiator into a suitable container.
- Remove air duct and air cleaner case assembly.
- Remove reservoir tank hose.
- Remove radiator hoses (upper and lower). Be careful not to allow engine coolant to contact drive belts.
- Disconnect A/T fluid cooler hoses, if equipped. Install blind plug to avoid leakage of A/T fluid.
- Remove radiator shroud (lower).
- Remove radiator shroud (upper).
- Remove radiator cooling fan assembly.
- Remove upper radiator mounting bracket bolts.
- Remove two A/C condenser bolts.
