- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove engine guard.
- Remove three shield screws on all-wheel final drive. To undo cardan shaft screw connections, an assistant should sit in vehicle and block drive harness by activating footbrake.
- The colored markings, match points, on cardan shaft and on flange of rear final drive must be installed along a straight line. This neutralizes residual imbalance in components.

Tire Pressure Sensor
Position the tire changer head approximately 15 cm behind the valve stem of the sensor for the top tire bead to prevent damage to the sensor.
Position the tire changer head approximately 5 cm behind the valve stem of the sensor for the lower tire bead to prevent damage to the sensor.
- Remove the tire using a suitable tire changer using care not to damage wheel or the tire pressure sensor.

The Check Engine lamp will be illuminated when the ignition switch is in the on position with engine not running. When the engine is started, the lamp should go out. If the lamp remains lit, a diagnostic trouble code has been stored by the Electronic Control Unit (ECU). After diagnosis and repair are complete, place ignition switch in on position without starting engine, then depress accelerator pedal fully for more than 11 seconds. ECU memory should be cleared and the Check Engine lamp should be reset.

- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove lock mount.
- Remove radiator frame.
- Ensure A/C refrigerant line when removing radiator module. Do not bend A/C lines when installing radiator module. It is NOT required to discharge A/C system.
- Install safety clips as quickly as possible when removing radiator module.
- Remove coolant hoses on radiator by pulling out retaining clips on two coolant flanges and pulling off hoses. Fig. .
