  • Disconnect fan motor electrical connections.
  • Remove upper brackets and radiator.
  • Remove fan shroud assemblies and other components as required.
  • Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
    • Torque condenser and radiator fan mounting bolts to 60 inch lbs.
    • Torque condenser mounting bolts to 86 inch lbs.
    • Torque upper bracket mounting bolts to 86 inch lbs.
