  • Disconnect outer tie rod end from steering knuckle. Do NOT loosen tie rod end jam nut.
  • Insert a drift or punch into brake rotor and against brake caliper in order to prevent wheel hub and bearing from turning.
  • Remove and discard wheel drive shaft spindle nut retaining wheel drive shaft to hub.
