- Open clamp and position air cleaner outlet aside.
- Drain coolant into suitable container.
- Remove jack handle, mounting screws and front air deflector.
- Remove upper radiator hose.
- Remove fan and clutch from water pump pulley using fan pulley holding wrench tool No. 303-239 and fan clutch nut wrench tool No. 303-240, or equivalents.
- Position fan and clutch inside shroud.
- Remove mounting bolts and shroud with fan.
- Rotate tensioner counterclockwise and remove accessory drive belt.

- Remove mounting bolt, manifold and tube assembly. Cap or plug lines and openings.
