    • Torque water pump to 15 ft. lbs., then rotate an additional 90°.
    • Torque belt tensioner to 15 ft. lbs.

Inspect with vehicle empty of occupants and the fuel tank full.

  • Firmly depress brake pedal once, with vehicle on the ground.
  • Release pedal suddenly and ensure lever on pressure regulator lever moves.
  • Raise and support vehicle.
  • Remove bleeder screw on lefthand front caliper and connect gauge tool No. US 1016, or equivalent.
