- Remove battery, upper cover assembly and bracket.
- Remove the cooling fan assembly.
- Remove radiator upper support attaching bolts, then remove upper supports.
- Disconnect and cap liquid lines from condenser.
- Remove headlamp assemblies.
- Remove condenser attaching bolts, then lean radiator rearward to remove condenser.
- Reverse procedure to install.
