  • Remove junction block splash shield.
  • Disconnect starter relay cable ends and junction block connectors, then the mounting screws and junction block bracket.
  • Disconnect electrical connector and remove cycling switch.
  • Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
    • Install new O-rings coated with suitable refrigerant oil.
    • Torque junction block mounting screws to 108 inch lbs.
    • Torque starter relay cable ends to 71 inch lbs.
