  • Remove HVAC module assembly as outlined under "HVAC Module, Replace"
  • Remove heater rear case bolts.
  • Slide heater rear case downward in order to disengage upper case clip.
  • Remove heater rear case.
  • Use a small hand saw to remove perforated section of evaporator case. This section will be reused.
  • Water may leak onto carpeting when performing this procedure. Place a mat on passenger side floor
  • Remove A/C evaporator bracket nut, then the bracket.
