- Remove expansion tank cap.
- Remove guard under radiator.
- Open radiator drain cock.
- Collect coolant into a suitable container with a hose on drain cock.
- Close drain cock.
- Remove engine coolant fan.
- Detach upper and lower engine radiator hoses
- Remove Charge Air Cooler.
- Detach oil cooler hoses from right side of oil cooler.
