Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If the module is exposed to these charges, damage may result.
- Remove storage bin, then remove right and left lower instrument panel cover panels.
- Disconnect foot lamp electrical connectors, if equipped.
- Disconnect ABS control module electrical harness connector. Use a screwdriver to pry back the metal retainer and remove the harness connector.
