Mode Control Motor
2.3CL, 2.5TL, 3.0CL & 1998 3.2TL
- Connect battery power to terminal No. 1 of mode control motor and connect ground to terminal No. 7, Fig. .
- Use a jumper wire and connect terminal No. 7 to terminal Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Motor should run smooth and stop after each connection.
- If motor does not run after terminal connections are made, check mode control linkage and doors for smooth operation. Replace motor if no other problems are found.
