| Summary: | MASSIVE VAPORS STARTED TO EMIT FROM MY 2005 CHRYSLER PACIFICA ENGINE. HAD TO GET THE CAR TOWED TO DEALERSHIP IN FOREST PARK, IL. WAS ADVISED THAT ENGINE MOUNTS BROKE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. BECAUSE OF ENGINE MOUNT BREAKAGE, THE ENGINE CAN FALL DOWN. IN MY CASE, IT CAUSE VARIOUS CONNECTIONS AND FLUID PIPES TO BREAK AND/OR BE DISCONNECTED. I NOW HAVE WAITED FOR THREE MONTHS FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS, BUT CHRYSLER HAS NONE "DUE TO BACKORDER". I HAVE BROWSED MANY BLOGS AND THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT BLOGS COMPLAINING ABOUT SAME ISSUE. CHRYSLER SHOULD HAVE RECALLED THE PART, BUT HAS NOT DONE SO. PLEASE HELP WITH CAUSING CHRYSLER TO RECALL THIS FAULTY PART AND WITH GETTING CHRYSLER TO PROVIDE REPLACEMENT PARTS! *TR |
