| Summary: | TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW FELL OUT OF THE FRAME. THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY WAS INCREASED. THE DEALER STATED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE WINDOW REGULATOR AT THE COST OF $400. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 45,000. |
