| Summary: | I BOUGHT MY 2001 LESABRE NEW AND HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE HEAT IN THE RADIO AND CRUISE CONTROLS AND SYSTEM BOTH IN THE DASH AND ON THE STEERING WHEEL. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCESSIVELY HOT. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THIS HEAT IN THE CONTROLS AT THE DEALERSHIP, I WAS SIMPLY INFORMED THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE. IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY EVERY DAY. THE DEALER DID REPLACE THE STEERING WHEEL CRUISE CONTROL BUTTON; BUT, THAT DID NOT ELIMINATE THE HEAT. *TR |
