| Summary: | TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE PLACED INTO NEUTRAL FIRST BEFORE IT WOULD RESTART. THE DEALER SEEMED TO BE UNAWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT STATED THAT IT COULD BE DUE TO THE FILTER. THROUGH ONLINE RESEARCH, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED OTHER CONSUMERS WHO WERE EXPERIENCING THE SAME FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 125,000. |
