| Summary: | TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR WAS LOCKED, THE CONTACT LEANED ON THE INTERIOR OF THE DOOR WITH VERY LITTLE FORCE AND THE DOOR OPENED. THE DOOR WOULD ALSO BECOME STUCK ON A REGULAR BASIS. THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER AND REPAIRED FOR THE MALFUNCTION. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED OF THE SAFETY RISK INVOLVED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 10,300. |
