| Summary: | ON 7-29-08 I WAS COMING OFF THE FREEWAY AND WAS TOLD I HAD A FLAT TIRE. I PULLED INTO NATIONAL TIRE AND BATTERY. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT INFORMED ME THAT 3 SPRINGS WERE BROKEN AND THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE SPRING TORE THROUGH MY TIRE DEFLATING IT. I'M LUCKY I WASN'T KILLED DOING 60 ON THE FREEWAY. I CALLED FORD AND THEY WON'T PAY FOR IT. THAT'S A DEFECT THAT FORD SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR. *TR |
