| Summary: | TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 HONDA ACCORD. WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT MOVE. IT BEGAN JERKING AS IF THE TRANSMISSION HAD SLIPPED OUT OF PLACE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND A TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FAILED, AND THEY REPLACED IT WITH A REBUILT TRANSMISSION. THERE HAD BEEN NO FURTHER OCCURRENCES SINCE THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 98,000. |
