| Summary: | I AM SENDING THIS WITH A SAFETY CONCERN REGARDING THE TRAVELSYSTEM GRACO, SNUGRIDE, REAR-FACING CAR SEAT. TWO NIGHTS AGO WE WERE IN THE VAN WITH OUR 7 MONTH OLD SON WHEN HE STARTED MAKING A CHOKING SOUND. I JUMPED OUT OF THE PASSENGER SEAT, TURNED ON THE LIGHT AND FOUND 2-3 INCHES OF THE "HARNESS ADJUSTMENT STRAP" IN HIS MOUTH, DOWN HIS THROAT. BECAUSE OF HIS AGE HE WAS NOT ABLE TO PULL IT OUT HIMSELF, SO OF COURSE, I DID. I AM TUCKING THE STRAP UNDER THE SEAT COVER NOW, BUT IT WILL NOT TIGHTEN CORRECTLY UNLESS IT IS OUT AND ON TOP OF THE SEAT. I AM VERY CONCERNED NOW DRIVING AND HAVING NOISE IN THE VEHICLE THAT I WILL NOT HEAR HIM IF HE DOES IT AGAIN. 2 PAGES FROM NOW IT ASKS FOR A MODEL NUMBER, MY MODEL NUMBER IS NOT SHOWN AS AN OPTION.
