| Summary: | TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD E-350. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THE VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER IN AUGUST OF 2007 AND THE CRUISE CONTROL WAS DEACTIVATED. SINCE THAT TIME, SHE HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THE RECALL REPAIR TO BE PERFORMED; HOWEVER, SHE HAS BEEN GIVEN FOUR DIFFERENT DATES AS TO WHEN THE PART WOULD BE AVAILABLE. THERE HAD BEEN NO FAILURE TO DATE. THE RECALL NUMBER AND POWERTRAIN WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 42,000. |
