| Summary: | FRONT BRAKE VIBRATION ON 2001 TOYOTA SEQUOIA. THE ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED BY THE MANUFACTURER IN TSB BR005-02 AND NEVER TREATED AS RECALL. PREVIOUS OWNER WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE TSB AND REPLACED THE BRAKE PADS AT HIS OWN EXPENSE THOUGH THE VEHICLE WAS UNDER THE WARRANTY AND BRAKE CALIBER ASSEMBLIES AND PADS SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED AS PER TSB. TOYOTA IS NOW REFUSING TO REMEDY THE ISSUE CLAIMING THAT THE VEHICLE IS OUT OF THE WARRANTY. *JB |
