| Summary: | TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TRAVIS AERO-LITE. WHILE TAKING THE VEHICLE IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE, THE VEHICLE'S FRAME DETACHED FROM THE BED. THE FRONT AXLE COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE FRAME. A LOCAL WELDING COMPANY CUT A PIECE OF METAL AND WELDED THE TRUCK BACK TOGETHER. AFTER REPAIRING THE VEHICLE, THE WELDING COMPANY LEARNED THAT THERE IS A SAFETY RECALL ON THE VEHICLE. TRAILKING STATED THAT BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ELSEWHERE, THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE HIM FOR THE $1,600 SAFETY REPAIR NOR THE $3,000 THAT HE LOST IN WAGES FOR THAT WEEK.
