A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE OCCUPANT OF THE OTHER VEHICLE STATED THAT HER NECK WAS HURTING AND THE CONTACT'S INSURANCE COMPANY ISSUED A SETTLEMENT. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 175,000. |
