| Summary: | 2007 YAMAHA YZF-R1, SIGNIFICANT POWER LOSE IN SECOND GEAR AT 5500 RPMS. WHILE IN SECOND GEAR IF I HOLD STEADY AT 5500 MILES AND APPROXIMATELY 48 MPH FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN APPLY THE THROTTLE THE MOTORCYCLE DOES NOT PICK UP SPEED AS NORMAL. AT 5000 OR 6000 RPMS THE MOTORCYCLE PICKS UP SPEED AS NORMAL. I CAN DUPLICATE THIS PROBLEM AT WILL AND HAVE DONE SO MANY TIMES. THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO ARISE IN CORNER EXIT AND TRAFFIC MERGING.
