| Summary: | TL*- BOTH OF THE CONTACT'S FENDERS FELL OFF OF THE TRAILER WHILE HE WAS DRIVING AT THE SPEED OF 55 MILES AN HOUR. THE MOST RECENT INCIDENT WAS ON JANUARY 15, 2006 WHICH RESULTED IN A FLAT TIRE . THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR FATALITIES DURING THE INCIDENT OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. PER THE CONTACT THE TRAILER COULD NOT BE DRIVEN UNTIL THE TIRE WAS REPAIRED. THE CONTACT OWNS A TRAILER MANUFACTURED IN CARSON, CALIFORNIA. THE CONTACT HAS REPLACED BOTH FENDERS ON THE TRAILER. |
