| Summary: | DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE SHIFTING GEARS AND ENGAGING THE THROTTLE THE MOTORCYCLE ALWAYS HESITATED AND THEN SURGED. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED THROTTLE HESITATION AND SURGING SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE. DEALER INSPECTED THE MOTORCYCLE, AND DETERMINED IT WAS MANUFACTURED THAT WAY AND COULD NOT BE CORRECTED. UPDATED 05/22/2006 - ON JANUARY 15, 2006 AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 50 AND US 19 THE MOTORCYCLE HESITATED FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN SURGED WHILE MAKING A LEFT TURN , RESULTING IN A CRASH. *AK *NM |
