| Summary: | DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING 50 MPH, WITH PRIOR BRAKING, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE IMPACTED A SUV ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY WHEN THIS OCCURRED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES, ALTHOUGH THE SEAT BELT WAS WORN. THERE WAS A POLICE REPORT TAKEN AT THE SCENE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE, WHERE IT HAS BEEN DEEMED TOTALED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. |
