| Summary: | WHILE THE VAN WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY THE CONSUMER HEARD A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE VAN LIKE METAL HITTING METAL. THE NOISE WAS DUE TO THE COIL SPRING BREAKING.
