| Summary: | DT: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING THE WINDOWS STARTED GOING UP AND DOWN. ALSO THE HEADLIGHTS STARTED FLASHING. THE VEHICLE SURGED UNCONTROLLABLY. HE PULLED OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF, AND THEN RESTARTED THE VEHICLE. HE DROVE THE VEHICLE HOME. THE NEXT MORNING, THE VEHICLE'S WINDOWS WERE DOWN.
