| Summary: | DT: THE CONTACT STATED THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED WHEN HE APPLIED THE BRAKE. AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS THE DEALER HAS BEEN UNABLE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM.
