| Summary: | I WALKED OUT OF MY HOUSE THIS MORNING AND FOUND THAT MY REAR PASSENGER WINDOW HAD SLID DOWN LEAVING MY 2001 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OPEN. THIS IS THE 4TH WINDOW THAT HAS DONE THIS (INCLUDING ONE WHERE MY VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN A PUBLIC PARKING LOT AND THE DRIVERS WINDOW AS I WAS APPROACHING A STOP LIGHT IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD). I FILED A REPORT WHEN THE THIRD WINDOW DROPPED AS WELL. I CALLED CHRYSLER BOTH THIS TIME AND LAST TIME AND THEY WEREN'T INTERESTED AND SUGGESTED THAT IF IT'S A PROBLEM THEN I SHOULD CALL YOU. |
