| Summary: | 2005 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE. 6 MONTHS OLD 3,000 MILES ON IT..PRESSING BUTTON TO PUT UP TOP AND SOMETHING SNAPPED COMES TO FIND OUT THE BRACKET CONNECTED TO THE MOTOR SNAPPED IN HALF. AN ENGINEER CAME OUT AND MADE NOTATION OF THIS. THE ENTIRE FRAME WAS REPLACED. NO RENTAL CAR OFFERED AND CAR WAS GONE FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS. CAN YOU SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!:( AS FOR THE AC/HEAT CONSTANT CLICKING NOISE HEARD EVERY 30 SECONDS.DEALERSHIP SAY THIS IS NORMAL . I MAY BE A WOMEN BUT COME ON...FESS UP...WE PAY ALOT OF MONEY FOR A VEHICLE WE SHOULD NOT BE GOING THROUGH THIS. *JB |
