| Summary: | WITHIN A MONTHS TIME I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE BOTH REAR WINDOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLIES IN MY 2000 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE. THE FIRST WINDOW WENT DOWN ON ITS OWN AND WOULD NOT GO BACK UP. LESS THAN A MONTH LATER, THE OTHER WINDOW DID THE SAME. I TOOK THE CAR TO A LOCAL DEALERSHIP ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS TO HAVE THIS FIXED. THESE PARTS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. I FIND IT ODD THAT A 5 YEAR OLD CAR WITH ONLY 60,000 MILES SHOULD HAVE SUCH A PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. COULD YOU GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT ON WHY THIS COULD BE. *JB |
