| Summary: | BRIDGESTONE/FIRESTONE TIRE FAILURE, TIRE BLEW FOR NO APPARENT REASON. *BF THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THE TIRES AND WAS TOLD ALL FOUR OF THE TIRES HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE CONSUMER WAS REASSURED HE WOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR THE TWO TIRES HE HAD PURCHASED. THE CONSUMER RECEIVED ANOTHER NOTICE IN THE MAIL WHICH STATED THEY WOULD NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR THE TIRES HE HAD PURCHASED BECAUSE THE CONSUMER WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO PURCHASE THE TIRES AT AN INDEPENDENT FIRESTONE DEALER. *JB |
