| Summary: | THE THROTTLE STUCK. IT WAS NOT A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM. AFTER VEHICLE HAD BEEN DRIVEN AND WOULD BE PARKED,CONSUMER RESTARTED VEHICLE AND HAD TO APPLY MORE PRESSURE THAN USUAL IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL RELEASED. WHEN THIS HAPPENED VEHICLE JUMPED OR WOULD TAKE OFF ON ITS OWN. VEHICLE WAS UNDER WARRANTY WHICH THE DEALERSHIP/MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT HONOR. *AK |
