| Summary: | PROBLEMS WITH REMOTE ENTRY ON 2002 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY.*MR THE REMOTE WORKS FROM AS FAR AWAY AS 600+ FEET AND AT TIMES THIS PRESENTS A PROBLEM. THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES WHEN THE CONSUMER HAS COME OUT OF THE HOUSE TO GET IN THE CAR, AFTER IT HAD RAINED THE NIGHT BEFORE, AND FOUND THAT ONE OF THE SLIDING DOORS WAS OPEN AND THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS WET. SIMILAR INCIDENTS HAVE OCCURRED WHILE THE CONSUMER WAS SHOPPING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. *NM |
