| Summary: | AIR BAG SENSOR NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. *BF THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE REGARDING THE AIR BAG. THE RECALL STATED INDIVIDUALS RIDING IN THE PASSENGER THAT ARE A CERTAIN WEIGHT (BETWEEN 100-120 POUNDS, IN SOME CASES THE AIR BAG MAY DEPLOY INADVERTENTLY. THE CONSUMER STATED THAT NISSAN SHOULD ALSO BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE DRIVER WHO MAYBE 100-120 POUNDS AS WELL AND THAT THE AIR BAG COULD DEPLOY AS WELL. THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN HE WENT TO RETRIEVE THE VEHICLE AND PROCEEDED TO DRIVE HE NOTICED THE AIR BAG LIGHT WAS ON, WHEN HE HIS WIFE WAS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. THE AIR BAG LIGHT WAS NOT ON WHEN THE CONSUMER LEFT THE VEHICLE AT THE DEALER. *JB *JB |
