| Summary: | VEHICLE = 2000 FORD EXCURSION. IRES = FIRESTONE STEELTEX WHILE TRAVELING ON I-80 EASTBOUND FROM SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH TO PARK CITY, UTAH, THE RIGHT (PASSENGER SIDE) FRONT TIRE ON THE VEHICLE BLEW OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING AT A SPPED OF APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH AND DID NOT HIT ANY DEBRIS OR ANYTHING ELSE ON THE ROAD. THE TIRE WAS COMPLETELY DISTROYED. MINOR BODY DAMAGE OCCURED. A NEW FIRESTONE TIRE WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE THE DISTROYED TIRE. THERE WERE NO INJURYS OR LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE.*AK |
