CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT UPPER BALL JOINT FAILED. *AK CONSUMER EXPERIENCED PROBLEM TWICE. FIRST PROBLEM OCCURRED 2 YEARS AFTER PURCHASE THE TIRES UNEVEN AND WENT BALD. CONSUMER FIRST THOUGHT THAT IT WAS AN ALIGNMENT PROBLEM WITH THE WHEELS. CONSUMER CALLED DEALER AFTER HEARING AN ANNOUNCEMENT ON TV REGARDING PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH UPPER BALL JOINTS ON VEHICLE. DEALER RECOMMENDED CONSUMER TO REPLACE THE UPPER CONTROL ARM. *LA |
