| Summary: | I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT. AFTER I SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES, THE SEAT BELT POPPED OFF. I HIT THE STEERING WHEEL. THE PASSENGER AIR BAG DEPLOYED BUT THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY.
