| Summary: | CONSUMER STATED RUBBER TIRE VALVE STEMS BEGAN DETERIORATING AT THE POINT WHERE THE STEM PROTRUDED FROM THE RIM. THIS CAUSED THE STEM TO CUT TIRE WHICH RESULTED IN THE TIRES LOSING PRESSURE. TS TWO OF THE FAILURES WERE BLOWOUTS. THE THIRD WAS A BULGE THAT WAS DETECTED BEFORE COMPLETE FAILURE.
