| Summary: | THE CONSUMER STATES THE TETHER STRAPS WERE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED AT THE THIRD SEAT BY THE MAZDA DEALER. THE CONSUMER STATES AFTER GOING TO THE MANUFACTURER TO CONFIRM THE INSTALLATION WAS WRONG. THE CONSUMER WENT TO ANOTHER MAZDA DEALER FOR A SECOND OPINION THAT THE TETHER ANCHOR WAS INCORRECTED. THE CONSUMER ALSO STATES THE CHILD COULD HAVE BEEN SERVERLY HURT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT DETECTED. PLEASE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. |
