NLM CONSUMER STATES STEERING WHEEL LOCKS WHEN ENGINE SHUTS DOWN AT HIGH OR LOW SPEED. VEHICLE VIBRATES AT SPEED OVER 65 MPH. WIPER MAKE A LOUD NOISE AT HIGH SPEEDS.
