| Summary: | THERE IS A PIN THAT HOLDS SEATS TO THE FRAME OF 12-PASSENGER VAN. THIS PIN COMES LOOSE DURING NORMAL OPERATION OF VEHICLE AND FALLS OUT OF POSITION, ALLOWING SEATS TO MOVE FROM A SECURED POSITION. THUS, PREVENTING PROPER PROTECTION OF PASSENGERS.
