| Summary: | CONSUMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE REIMBURSEMENT HE RECEIVED FOR HIS FIRESTONE ATX TIRES, CONSUMER STATES HE WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THAT HE WOULD RECEIVE UP TO $140.00 FOR EACH OF THE FIVE TIRES THAT WAS SURRENDERED TO A FIRESTONE STORE BUT THE MANAGER DID NOT RECORD THE NUMBERS FROM THE TIRES THAT WERE SURRENDERED PROPERLY AND FIRESTONE IS SAYING THAT ONLY THREE TIRES WERE TURNED IN NOT FIVE. *JB |
