| Summary: | THE CONSUMER STATES THE CAMPER'S DESIGN WAS DEFECTIVE.THE DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE DUE TO LARGE CRACK IN THE MAIN LATERAL STEEL BEAM NEAR THE FRONT OF THE FRAME ON THE DOOR SIDE THAT MADE THE TONQUE OF THE TRAILER TO BEND UPWARD.THE DAMAGED AREA WAS REPAIRED AND THE CONSUMER WAS SEEKING REIMBURSMENT AND SAFETY INSPECTION BY THE DEALER. *YH |
